LACUSL 200 Special Topics in Latin American, Caribbean, and U.S. Latinx Studies:

3 cr. Undergraduate.

Various topics that integrate the experiences of Latin American, Caribbean, and U.S. Latinx populations, environments, and/or cultures.

Prerequisites: none.

LACUSL 289 Internship-Latin American, Caribbean, & U.S. Latinx Studies, Lower Divison

1-6 cr. Undergraduate.

Application of basic principles of Latin American, Caribbean, and U.S. Latinx studies in business, organizational, educational, political, or other appropriate setting.

Prerequisites: 2.50 GPA and consent of supervising faculty member.

Course Rules: One cr earned for academic work based on 40 hrs in internship. Retakable to 6 cr max.

LACUSL 324 Theatre in the Americas: Latin American, Caribbean, and Latinx Theatre

3 cr. Undergraduate.

Survey of Latin American, Caribbean, and U.S. Latinx theatre and performance. History and cultures of the Americas that shape these productions.

Prerequisites: junior standing.

Course Rules: Counts as repeat of LACS 324 or LATINO 324. LACUSL 324 and THEATRE 324 are jointly offered and count as repeats of one another.
