The minor in mechanical engineering is designed for students in engineering, architecture, and physics. The minor is not available to mechanical engineering majors.

Requirements

• 20 credits from Mechanical Engineering courses 301 and above.
• Minimum of 12 credits of the minor coursework must be completed at UWM. 
• If a bachelor’s degree was obtained at another institution, upon completion of the minor requirements the student will be awarded a Certificate of Minor.
